Kings River Union Elementary is sharing their story as a Knowledge Development Site for the Tulare County Office of Education.  KRUE is a rural, single site school district serving 460 students TK-8.

As we share our story, we will outline areas of need where we have built social-emotional and behavioral supports, as well as academic systemic responses for all children.   Click Here for Session Handouts

Mrs. Blatner taught kindergarten for 23 years in Tulare County before coming on as Vice Principal at Kings River Union in 2013. She is an advocate for early literacy and the positive emotional health of all children.
