Participants will see how the same cycle of improvement can be used at the individual student level, classroom level, grade level, school wide, department, and district levels to establish structures of support and resource allocation that ensure student success. In this system, student achievement data drives upward decision making, while the effects of those decisions drive resources downward, so that one cohesive system can be built to meet the needs of all students and ensure appropriate allocation of district and school resources. Participants will be able to see how their current resources and tools can be plugged in and effectively used as well as get ideas for tools and resources that may be missing from their organization. The learning outcome for this session is to understand the foundational steps of the cycle of improvement and understand how it fits with their current practices. Click Here for Session Handouts
