Tacey Rodgers

College Board
In 2007, Tacey Rodgers began her career in education working as Paraprofessional at the Adult Education level while completing her undergraduate degree in English Literature. Immediately after completing her Bachelor of Arts degree, she earned a Master of Arts degree from California State University, East Bay in English TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages). Upon receiving a graduate degree and the designated subjects teaching credential, she transitioned to teaching English to adult learners. She has taught learners of all levels of English fluency. She received her experience teaching in two school districts in Northern California. By divine order, she began with the College Board in August 2011 and has the opportunity to serve California school districts as they strategically define what it means to provide access to all students and examine what happens after access has been delivered. In June 2015 she was blessed with the privilege to return to California State University, East Bay working towards her doctorate in Educational Leadership for Social Justice; she will complete her doctorate degree in August 2018.
